Recently, at NAREDCO’s 16th national convention, the challenges faced by Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERAs) in various states were brought to the forefront.<\/p>\n
One of the major hurdles faced by RERAs is the issue of compliance. Real estate developers and builders are required to register their projects with the respective RERA before commencing any construction or sale. However, many developers fail to comply with this requirement, leading to unregistered projects and potential risks for homebuyers.<\/p>\n
